I became obsessed with beverages and coffee in particular 20 years ago and haven’t been able to let go since. Over the years I’ve opened pioneering cafes, bars, and a brewery in Berlin and the United States, consulted coffee companies of all sizes from bean to cup across four continents, and won two very different world championships (Cup Tasting & Pain Surprise Making). In 2023 I made the transition from green coffee client to trader at Sucafina NV, where I have the privilege of covering sourcing from Kenya and APAC origins in addition to managing the Rehm & Co. team.
